It seemed only fitting that my first painting from Key West would be of one of the countless, charming little cottages that line the narrow streets. Around almost any corner you might turn, you see yet another interpretation of the same, deliciously lazy scene a sundappled pastel cottage almost overcome with the varied greens of tropical foliage and dripping with brilliantly colored bougainvillea.
